To vote in the Democratic Primary Elections, you must be registered as a Democrat by July 14, 2008. You can register on the first floor of 303 W. Colfax (Get Directions) or online at this link.

With all the issues the Secretary of State is having with voting machines this year, I am encouraging all of Senate District 35 to request Mail-In (Absentee) ballots for both the primary and general election to make sure they get to vote and that their vote is counted properly while avoiding the crowds.

You should receive your ballot 30 days prior to the election and any request within that time period, the ballot should arrive within 3 days of the request.
